Actifuse Shape is a unique, biostimulative bone graft that accelerates bone formation.
Actifuse Shape combines 96% microgranules with synthetic Alkylene Oxide Copolymers (AOC) and can be either placed straight into the operative site or formed to the contours of the defect. Application of pressure to Actifuse Shape, or direct warming in the surgeons’ hand, makes it pliable and shapeable. Once formed, Actifuse Shape retains its new contours as bone healing occurs.

Indications for Use: United States
Actifuse Shape is a bone void filler intended only for orthopaedic applications as a filler for gaps and voids that are not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. Actifuse Shape is indicated to be packed gently into bony voids or gaps of the skeletal system, i.e., extremities, pelvis, and spine, including use in posterolateral spinal fusion procedures with appropriate stabilizing hardware. These defects may be surgically created osseous defects or osseous defects created from traumatic injury to the bone. The product provides a bone void filler that resorbs and is replaced by bone during the healing process.
Caution: Federal (US) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
